One: Are you manufactory or trade company?

A: We are the OEM & ODM manufactory specialized in wooden vehicle models.Quality is always what we focus on.

Two: How can I get the samples?

A: 1.Sample can be made per your request and will be charged, which however is refundable after order placed. 
    2. Usually sample is delivered by air and the express freight should be paid by you.
    3. TT us the sample fee and remember to offer us your courier account, for example, of Fedex's; if you do not have an account, send us the freight together with the sample fee, then we will pay with it.

Three: How much is the freight of sample?
A: The freight will depend on total weight and packing size and your area. We will consult the express company for you at that time.

Four: How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: The samples will be ready in 5~7days, plus about 7 days in the way, so it takes 12~14 days.

Five: Can we have our Logo or company name be printed on your products or package?
A: Sure.Your Logo can be put on your products by hot stamping,silk-screen printing and sticker.

Six: How can I place an order?
A:  If you are satisfied with us and are ready to build cooperation with us, tell us your requests in detail, we will make a Proforma Invoice for you to check, if every thing is ok, then order placed, we will arrange producing once we receive your 30% deposit.

Seven: How about your after sale?

A:  We will consult the freight forwarder about the transit time and keep our eyes on its state, and offer you all the documents needed in time. If, unfortunately, there is something wrong with the product, tell us with vedio, we will help you deal with it.
